Your Local Plumbing Experts

Coastal and Inland, Both Understood.

Cypress Plumbing provides professional plumbing services in Fort Myers and throughout Southwest Florida, including Cape Coral, Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers Beach, North Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Marco Island, Punta Gorda, Golden Gate, and surrounding communities. Our licensed plumbers install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems while ensuring all work complies with Florida plumbing codes and industry standards. With more than 30 years of experience serving coastal and inland communities, our team understands the regional conditions that can impact plumbing systems across the area.

Plumbing systems play an essential role in protecting homes and businesses from water damage and maintaining safe daily operations. When problems such as leaks, drainage issues, or aging pipes develop, small issues quickly escalate into larger problems if they are not addressed promptly. Over time, untreated concerns lead to water damage, increased utility costs, and structural complications affecting both residential and commercial properties throughout Southwest Florida.

Property owners across the region often encounter leaking pipes, clogged drains, aging water heaters, sewer line problems, and water pressure irregularities. Identifying and resolving these issues early helps prevent larger failures and protects the overall plumbing system. The goal of every service performed by Cypress Plumbing is to restore dependable plumbing performance, protect homes and businesses across Fort Myers and Southwest Florida, and prevent recurring problems through durable repairs, professional installations, and reliable plumbing solutions.

Where We Work

Thirteen Communities

Grouped by county. Coastal, canal-front and island communities are marked, because the plumbing conditions there differ meaningfully from inland properties.

Lee County

Fort Myers, Cape Coral, the beaches and the barrier islands

Collier County

Naples, Golden Gate and Marco Island

Charlotte County

Punta Gorda

Serving these communities and surrounding areas. If yours is not named, call (239) 504-1665 and we will confirm whether it falls within our service area.

Why Location Changes the Diagnosis

Three Regions, Three Failure Patterns

A plumber who works one part of Southwest Florida does not automatically know the others. These are genuinely different problems.

Islands & Beaches

Salt air accelerates corrosion on every exposed fitting. Dock plumbing needs marine-grade materials. Seasonal occupancy means systems sit unused, then get loaded all at once.

Canal Communities

Pressure fluctuation stresses joints and shortens component life. Dock water lines and outdoor showers are near-universal. High water tables complicate any underground work.

Inland Communities

Mineral-rich water is the dominant issue. Scale shortens water heater life, narrows supply lines, and makes treatment the highest-value upgrade available.

Low elevation is the one constant. It is why lift stations are far more common here than in most of the country, and why slab-on-grade construction hides leaks until the water bill or the flooring gives them away.

One Shop, Local Dispatch

Why That Matters at 2 A.M.

Every call is dispatched from our Fort Myers shop on Teeside Lane. Not routed through a national call centre that takes a message and passes it to whichever contractor is available.

For a scheduled repair that distinction is minor. For a burst pipe at two in the morning, a sewer backup in a restaurant before service, or a lift station alarm at an HOA, it is the difference between a plumber arriving and a message being logged.

The same licensed plumbers cover all thirteen communities. Island and outlying calls involve longer travel and are scheduled accordingly, and anything that affects the cost is discussed before work begins rather than afterwards.

Service Area Questions

Locations FAQ

What areas do you serve?

Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers Beach, North Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Marco Island, Punta Gorda, Golden Gate, and surrounding communities.

That covers Lee, Collier and Charlotte County.

Do you charge more to travel to the islands?

Contact us for specifics on your location. Sanibel, Captiva and Marco Island involve longer travel from our Fort Myers shop than mainland calls, and scheduling is planned accordingly.

Any applicable difference is discussed before work is scheduled rather than appearing afterwards.

Is emergency service available in every area?

Yes. 24-hour emergency plumbing response is available across all service areas.

Dispatch runs from our Fort Myers shop at 3560 Teeside Ln rather than through a call centre elsewhere, which is what allows a local plumber to be sent rather than a message to be taken.

Do plumbing problems differ between coastal and inland communities?

Yes, noticeably. Coastal and island properties see accelerated corrosion from salt air, dock and exterior plumbing exposure, and storm-related stress. Canal communities such as Cape Coral deal with pressure fluctuations and extensive dock plumbing.

Inland communities such as Lehigh Acres and Golden Gate more often deal with hard water scale, well and treatment issues, and aging supply lines. Thirty years serving both is why we know which to check first.

Do you serve communities not listed here?

We serve the listed communities and surrounding areas across Lee, Collier and Charlotte County.

If your community is not named, call (239) 504-1665 and we will confirm whether it falls within our service area.

Where are you based?

3560 Teeside Ln, Fort Myers, FL 33916. Cypress Plumbing of Southwest Florida, Inc. has served the region since 1993.

Regular scheduling is Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with emergency service available 24 hours a day. More about us.
